Order cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once dispatched/shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Damaged or defective product
If you receive a damaged/defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Order ID AND Unboxing video/photo proof!!
Unboxing Video Requirement (Mandatory)
To ensure a fair resolution for damaged, missing, or wrong items, customers must record an unboxing video while opening the package.
Rules for the unboxing video:
Video must be continuous and unedited (no cuts/pauses).
Show the shipping label clearly (name, order ID/tracking number).
Record from the moment the package is sealed and continue until the product is fully unpacked.
Clearly show the product, color, size, and condition after opening.
If there is any damage, record the damaged area clearly in the video.
Video must be recorded within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
Claims covered under this:
✅ Damaged product
✅ Missing item/accessories
✅ Wrong product delivered

In case the packaging appears tampered or damaged at delivery, please do not accept the parcel or record a clear video before opening.
After verification, we will provide replacement/refund as applicable.
Returns / replacements
Return or replacement eligibility depends on product condition and verification.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days.
Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
